Touchpoint map
Maps the tasks, steps, or screens involved in one or more touchpoints. Also called a user flow, task flow, screen flow, process flow

For a group of users, captures all useful data points and allows comparison, synthesis, and identification of unique, similar, primary, and secondary user models.
User empathy map
For a single user, captures tasks, thinking, goal or job-to-be-done, and contexts.
User engagement value
For a group of users, captures key data points and allows comparison and prioritization of most "important" users.

User target (bullseye canvas)
